Turkey Stock

I made the turkey stock and had enough to freeze and to make soup. I adjusted the recipe, Chickpea Chicken Noodle Soup. Instead of chicken and chicken stock, I used turkey and turkey stock. I had fire-roasted chopped tomatoes, so I used them instead of regular.
