Monday was an exhausting day and night and Tuesday was also busy. My daughter had a violin concert in the evening and my husband was working late. I was going to cook. Truly, I was.
Instead, I decided to take the kids out for Mexican. I had coupons and it was kids eat free. Inexpensive, fast, and no clean up. Perfect.
