One-Skillet Sausage and Polenta Parmesan




Sausage, polenta, and Parmesan...what could be bad about this recipe?  Nothing at all.  This is one of the best recipes I have ever made. Really, it is that good. And it is easy.

I do not like mushrooms, so I just eliminated them.  Also, I don't have a "pretty" skillet that is ovenproof so I made the sauce and transferred it into a baking dish.
